WTRE Investing is a specialty lender formed in 2017 to provide capital and management expertise to start ups or companies experiencing high growth in different industries, including real estate and specialty lending.
We provide term loans for project finance and lines of credit to lenders to be used to fund their loan portfolios.
The founders utilize their depth of lending and underwriting expertise to provide quick decisions and access to capital. We look forward to working with you.

Britt is a founding partner of WTRE. He has more than 30 years of structured finance experience, primarily dealing with real estate, media assets and tax-advantaged products. Since 2005, he has been the President of Tangram Consulting Group and has overseen billions of dollars of financing. Prior to Tangram, Britt was a Managing Director

Since 2005, he has been the President of Tangram Consulting Group and has overseen billions of dollars of financing. Prior to Tangram, Britt was a Managing Director at CIBC World Markets and was the head of the Structured Media Division. Britt has a B.S. from the University of Washington and a J.D. from Fordham University’s School of Law.

He has overseen the underwriting and servicing of over $1,000,000,000 of loans with collective loss rates under 25 basis points.

In 2001, Jeff founded Fransen Development, a real-estate development company, focusing on residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the greater Seattle market. In addition to his role as President and Owner of Fransen Development, Jeff is also Co-Founder of Triad/Fransen Development, a related real estate partnership with Fred Grimm, President of Triad Development. Mr. Fransen earned his MBA at Washington State University’s Carson College of Business and holds a BA from Calvin University.

She previously held positions at Zulily and Event Network as a Buyer. Lauren earned her B.S. in Retailing and Consumer Sciences with a Business Administration Minor from the University of Arizona.
